tuned in to tuna

you can make this simple tuna marinade with just a few turns of the whisk. no need to measure, just pour in a little of each ingredient and taste for the right balance. marinate the tuna for about 20 min., and turn it a couple of times so both sides get drenched.

marinade for tuna:
• soy sauce
• honey
• dried mustard
• about 1/4 cup of water
• coarse ground pepper

heat the oven to 400 degrees. pour a little of the marinade into a large skillet, and lay the tuna in it. pour the rest of the marinade over the fish, and crack some pepper onto it. cook the fish in the preheated oven about 12-15 min. until the outside is nice and brown and the center is just slightly pink.
